Registration

We are overwhelmed and delighted by the great interest in the conference. However, as we have reached the capacity of the number of delegates for our venue, we have to close the online registration.

Payment

After registration you will receive a separate email with a link to pay the registration fee via credit card.

All payment is to be made in Swedish krona (SEK). Payments we accept: Visa and MasterCard.

In case you do not have access to a credit card, you can ask for bank transfer information by contacting support+aidsimpact2023@appinconf.com. 

Insurance

Please note, registration fee does not include insurance. AIDSImpact cannot be held responsible for any loss, damages or claims that delegates may incur. We advise that all delegates take their own travel and health insurance before travelling to the conference.

Cancellation policy

Please note that the conference secretariat should be notified of cancellations by e-mail. Due to financial obligations incurred, 50% of the paid conference fee will be refunded if the conference secretariat receives your written cancellation by email before 1st April 2023. We regret that no refunds can be made for any cancellation received after 1st April 2023.

If you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organization at any time. Notification of transfer must be given in writing to the conference secretariat prior to the conference.

‘No shows’ (due to all causes including natural disasters) are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.

Request of Letter of Invitation

Delegates who require an official letter of invitation from AIDSImpact necessary for the visa process can request one through the AIDSImpact conference 2023 online registration portal. To receive an AIDSImpact 2023 letter of invitation, delegates must first register for the conference and pay in full and make their request by 29th May 2023 (allowing sufficient time for visa processing). The AIDSImpact 2023 letter of invitation does not financially obligate the AIDSImpact in any way nor does it guarantee entry into Sweden. All expenses incurred in relation to their participation in the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
