Poster instructions (Poster exhibition)

Poster Display boards

The Format of posters should be portrait A0-Format. The size of poster display boards is 1188 mm in Length x 841 mm in Width. Please ensure your poster will fit within these dimensions.

Poster Set up

The poster boards are situated in the Poster exhibition area, the Guldgränd Lounge, and there are signs to follow. Poster boards will be available for setting up posters on Monday 12th of June, Tuesday 13th of June, and Wednesday 14th of June from 07.30 a.m.

Mount your poster on your designated day and assigned poster board location. Posters will be mounted with push pins, which will be provided by the venue.

Conference Hosts will be available on-site to assist with setting up.

Please note: We are not able to provide poster printing service onsite.

Scheduled time:

Your poster has been scheduled for a specific day. Please check your instruction email for more info and your assigned poster board location. Please note that you will need to be available at your poster board between 13.30 – 14.00 to answer potential questions about your poster.

Poster Dismantling

Posters must be dismantled at the end of each designated day by 17.30 p.m. Posters need to be removed and push pins should be left on the poster board for recycling. All posters that are not removed by this time will be taken down and disposed of.
