As June is high season for tourism in Stockholm, we strongly recommend you to make the hotel reservation as soon as possible.

The conference will take place at Hilton Slussen. A block of rooms has been pre-booked (2023-06-10 – 2023-06-15) at Hilton Stockholm Slussen but also at Freys Hotel, Ersta Konferens, Hotell och Terrass, Hotel Birger Jarl, and Courtyard by Marriott Stockholm.

The conference rate and room block will not be available through other booking channels.
All delegates need to make their own hotel reservations and can use our negotiated rates if they choose.

How to get to the Hilton venue from the Frey’s hotel:

3 minutes’ walk to the underground station T-centralen. Take any train from Platform 4 and get off at station Slussen – a 2 minutes trip. Go up the stairs in the middle of the platform and exit the station. Approx 4 minutes’ walk to the venue.

Approx a 15 minutes’ walk. Get the directions from the Reception at the hotel.

Take Bus 2 to Slussen, a 8 minutes’ trip. Approx 4 minutes’ walk to the venue.
